Growing Together Play Groups
Join our play groups for babies and toddlers aimed at empowering parents to best support their child’s developmental journey. Make connections and feel a sense of community with other young families while growing together alongside experts in infant and toddler development. Play groups are based on babies’ age to provide the most appropriate support and parent education. If you have questions on which group is right for you, please contact me directly!

Feeding and Motherhood Support Group

The transition to motherhood can be full of both joys and challenges. When there are added feeding difficulties, it can make this season even more emotional. Difficult to soothe babies, milk protein allergies, reflux, or slow weight gain can take a toll on what you might have expected to be a serene and snuggly fourth or fifth trimester. Join me for this weekly, in-person group to be with other mothers navigating a similar journey, share your experiences, learn more about baby behavior, and have your questions answered. My goal is for you to feel held, seen, and heard, wherever you are that day.
